Keep powerplay and system bounties separate

When you get a system bounty and go to an interstellar factors to pay it off, it often gets lumped in with your (rather sizable) powerplay bounty.

This, then, becomes the only way to pay off the more restrictive system bounty without paying it locally and having to leg it back from a detention center.

As the two bounty systems share nothing in the way of c & p, and the system bounty remains separate in your Transactions tab, why not keep the IF payment options separate as well?

Yeah, since we have an issue-tracking page now, why not post it there also. Seems like a legit issue to me.

You are not meant to be able to pay off Power Bounties. You are able to do so to mitigate a bug that was causing ship transfer fees to apply to ships with Power Bounties.

Oh yes, I forgot. Well I hope this will be sorted out soon. Gonna look if this is in the issue thingy yet now.

Issue sumitted here:

It's unfortunate that powerplay bounties end up getting tied to the super power. If I have 5 million in bounties for undermining Aising Duval, and then I get a non-powerplay bounty for a random imperial minor faction, I have to pay all my empire bounty including powerplay bounties at interstellar factors to get rid of it. :(

That's a comment on the Issue Tracker. Very good point, that proves that Power Play Bounties don't work as intended.

If you think that's a major issue, please follow the link in the post above to confirm that issue, so Frontier might consider to work on it!

I never liked the idea of getting a "power bounty" on yourself for defending yourself when Kumo Crew interdicts and decides to blow you up. I can get the idea of getting a bounty for interdicting THEM and blowing THEM up, but defending yourself shouldn't be penalized with a bounty.
