Keep up the hotas pressure!

Just been looking at the saitek Facebook page and noticed this post from back in January https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1284693064890545&id=142709765755553
If we really want one we need to keep up the pressure.
If you haven't already, go make a comment, maybe they'll come to their senses and build us one!
And after watching the X55 rhino vid, I want one more than ever
The issue I see is if they did make us one, It would probably be plastic and wear out fast. I'd be willing to shell out the 300-400 USD if they made a dedicated high quality and mostly metal one.

Edit: Also having compatibility with both xbox and the pc versions of elite would be great.

Well they already make one for PC/ps4, so I don't see why not

We have already seen that it is, mostly, a driver issue with accessories like racing wheels. The hardware could function as-is with a driver written specifically for the console(s) in question. The only hardware problem I, a person that is not a hardware designer nor a code wizard so you should probably take this entire post with a hefty dose of skepticism, is power requirement. They will usually use any excuse to slap the XBOX ONE or PS4 COMPATIBLE sticker on something, tho. Especially if it means they can change the look of the product in a superficial way and charge more for it. I already own an X-55 for my PC. I don't fancy the idea of buying another one to enjoy a game like Elite with my friends.

No one is making me buy it, I know, but I still don't like the precedent.
