This problem started before patch 1.3, but it's still here and it almost seem to be worse now.
Before, the keepers would always put food in the food enrichement first, then go to the food bowl and only if needed, put food on the ground if there were not enough of the two. You usually didn't even need any food bowls, as the enrichement items were enough.
But now (starting with one of the patches before 1.3) they start by putting food on the ground, then fill the food bowls, then put more food on the ground and only rarely put food in the food enrichement items... And if you don't have any food bowls, they will almost always just put the food on the ground...
I've seen this happen so many times, where a keeper goes past the food enrichement, goes further into the habitat (which means, more work and longer distances for them!) and just put the food on the ground...
Here is an example;
In both habitats, the keepers completly ignored the food enrichement items and only put the food on the ground (red cirkles) and in the food bowls... Notice in the left habitat, the keeper went way past the enrichement items to put the food on the ground...
