For some reason my Zookeepers refuse to feed my Flamingos. I already tried 3 times today to start a new Colony but they are just starving. It worked with the old Colony that consisted of 75 Flamingos until most of them got sick and I safed the healthy Birds trough releasing to the Wild. Now the Zookeepers do nothing in this Enclosure. If I call them, they make Food, go in the Enclosure with the Food bucket and leave without doing anything in there. I even made a Workzone that only includes the Enclosure and the Staff-Buildings but this didn't help

I had the exact same issue, the keepers would go prepare food, walk into the enclosure with the bucket of food, the bucket disappears and they walk out again. I haven't played on this zoo since I had this issue after trying numerous times to change the habit gate only for my game to crash every time... But now that I think about it I might have put the food enrichment item in a place the keeper couldnt get to? But I know for a fact he could get to the food trays so for him to not just put it there annoys me!
You get a Notification if a Food-Tray or Food-Enrichment-Items can't be reached. Also this can't be the Problem because it worked perfect and I didn't change anything in the Enclosure after the epidemic except deleting the Water, let the Keepers clean and then refill it
