Keepers won't feed my Snow Leopards.

I recently have this issue where I had 3 keepers assigned to my snow leopard enclosure. But for some odd and dumb reason, they REFUSE to feed my snow leopards.
Currently I have 2 adults and 2 babies. The 2 babies are ALWAYS hungry. I have prompt the keeper many times to go into habitat and feed them but they just walk in and out without doing anything. WHY??? If I remove the food enrichment they will be upset because they don't have those. The 2 adults are well fed though. I tried to reset the game but it didn't solve the issue, I even added another feeding plate. The babies have since died of starvation and attracted protesters in my zoo. To tell you the truth, I'm really excited about this game and had been playing non stop for the past few days. But this problem is making me think twice about playing, Its not the first time my animal starve to death because of a possible glitch??

Difficult to say why, but next time please put the poor little things into quarantine as soon as they start to starve.
They will get fed there and the transport solved most hunger strikes issues for me on the affected animals.

Hey!
I've had similar problems before and maybe I can help.
In my experience the problem doesn't necessarily with the feeding stations but with the staff and/or facilities set up. Do your keepers have keeper's hut available to them? If you click on the keepers in question you can see what they are thinking. If they have issues like "I can't find a keeper's hut" or something like that you may need to add a new keeper's hut for them to prepare the food in.
Also make sure that your leopard enclosure is added to a work zone that has all necessary facilities included.
And if nothing else helps: firing the keepers and hiring new ones can help. Or, if you don't like firing people, you can try to train them up to level 2, I've heard that this can help, too.

Hope this helps!

I've tried that many times & they don't get fed in quarantine in my experience. They always come out with the same nutrition they had before. And yes, I've left them in there until they say they are ready to return.

Weired, the quarantine always solved that problem for me.
The alert still says its hungry while it is in there, but when i release it after the game says its done, they have full nutrition.
I really have no clue then.

I didn’t know quarantine can solve the problem. I’ll try and see if it works. My keepers are all 4 stars and I have 2 huts just next to their habitat! So I don’t understand what’s wrong.

Sometimes an animal seems to bug out.
I had it so far with two hippos, some crocodiles (albeit i suppose on that case the habitat was buggy, problem was solved when i rebuild it), three turtoises (sometimes they are too slow, it helps to drop them manually into the food bin) and two or three other species i don't remember exactly.

No clue what causing this and it is seldom (at least for me), but so far quarantine solved it in a way that it not only fed the animal, but also seemingly debuged it somethow.
Don't mean that it will work on your problems too, but worth a try.
