Keeping Commander profile when reinstalling Windows

Hi, quick question. When I come to reinstall Windows (which I need to do occasionally for my job as I write about it) will I lose my current game settings (credits, ship) etc? I play solo online and don't want to lose these. If they're stored on my PC hw can I back them up and restore them please?

You dont have your commander profile - its stored on line.

For example I started to use a different pc yesterday... I just logged in, downloaded the software and it was there to use.... (and dont go think you can lend your user name and password out.... It logs one machine out!!!)

I think that your game settings are saved on your hard drive though. Your controller custom binding definitely are saved locally, so I'd make a back up of those.
