Keeping Master Trained Venders Happy

I had a vendor trained to master level and there was nothing I could do to keep this vendor happy. I was paying her $300 and all she kept saying was "I can do more than this". What are you supposed to do with that? I mean they are a vendor, what else are they going to do? Any ideas would be great, thanks!

I can understand some people wouldn't want to work forever in a theme park.

Maybe they just thought it is time to leave and look for something else?

Maybe it's nice to pick between candidates for the job and select a person that suits best? Or is the cheapest? Or the dirtiest?

Thanks for the info! I'm greatly anticipating that update. Quite a few features I was hoping they would add.

low sales is why shops close.I never train or pay them more then the default. As long as they sell they stay open.
