Thumbs up for Przewalski's horses. They do seem like a no-brainer, considering the PZ's stress on conservation. They are a literal poster boy of conservation efforts. :D

Otters but not european, Sea otters while not as common as the asian river otter, would probably be best as just, its bigger so would work better in game?

If they're little they're harder to see

Frontier added the compsognathus to Jurassic World Evolution, which is a game with a much bigger scale than Planet Zoo. If they're willing to do that I suspect they'd be willing to add small animals to Zoo as well, such as river otters and meerkats. I mean, the ring-tailed lemur, white-faced capuchin, and Chinese pangolin are all relatively tiny next to the elephants, bears, and whatever else.

I think otters would work great. In a lot of zoos they have a small habitat and I think PZ could use some animals with "small" habitat needs.
Those are the Asian small-clawed ones but if they add the Eurasian otter, i'd be cool with that.

Other than that, it's a fine list. With a lot of animals mentioned on other people's wishlists as well.

I mean, to be fair we already have animals with 'small' habitat needs, it's just that their requirements have been blown up 😅

I suspect if they add the Asian small-clawed otter (which, just for context, is certainly no smaller than the Chinese pangolin or white-face capuchin) we'd still see a pretty hefty space requirement. In any case as always I'll add the note that any kind of otter or similar animal without underwater swimming is a wasted opportunity (unless it's explicitly said that underwater swimming isn't possible).

Fair point about the 'small habitat'..
One of the things I like about otters is that most times, they have a small habitat, planted in a random spot. Just like the Yellow Mongoose.
Overall the game is focused on big habitats for bigger animals. IRL I spent most times near the smaller habitats for animals like the meerkats, Prairie dogs, Crested Porcupine.

I think the whole "lack of underwater swimming" point has been made in several posts. You can cross out multiple suggestions because quite a few supporting gamemechanics for some animals are missing. :D

I totally agree, and I'm much the same way (though I also enjoy hoofstock such as antelope a lot more than most people do as well). I like being able to build smaller habitats for smaller animals, and definitely think there are a few animal we need to fill this void (otters, meerkats, prairie dogs, and I'd love to see the crested porcupine; I know of several zoos where they are mixed with the meerkat).

Oh sure. It's one of those things, though, that I think is better brought up as frequently as possible. The more it's talked about the more likely it is that we'll see it, or at least be told it's not possible.
