Key bindings for "Next Firing Group" not working

I tried to map the "Next Firing Group" to my Mouse 5 and it didn't work.
Instead, I tried to map to any other key and it didn't work either.
I tried to map to the default key (N) and it's not working as well...

Any idea what's going on?

Edit: those bindings didn't work while at a Station, however they work while in space etc.

That is normal - the next firegroup will not operate when docked. (However the previous firegroup key does work for some reason. )
