When I first installed the game on Tuesday, everything worked just fine. Yesterday, however, I went into options to check the button that was assigned to the Cargo Scoop. I saw that it was set to Home, closed out, and suddenly nothing worked. Somehow, every last key binding was erased. I've been able to manually restore some, basic key functions, but I was wondering if there was a way to reset all to some default setting. I didn't see a button for it and all of the presets are also blank.

Sounds like you have set your Controls to "Empty" by mistake. In the start screen go to Options>Controls. The top entry is Presets, which will give you a dropdown box. Select the one that you want and click Apply at the bottom of the page. Hope this fixes it.

Edit: Reading your last sentence, is the Presets dropdown empty of choices? If so I think you've hit a bug. Ticket it, but you may have to validate your install (launcher window options > Validate Game Files) to check that you haven't killed an xml file somewhere.
