Key-Control to 'precisely' MOVE Objects

Making very small movement changes in objects can be difficult when it all depends on your mouse movement, I have seen multiple people mention this only when it gets down to moving something a very small amount as it is difficult to do so with your mouse. It would be a great help to have keyboard controls to use in these occasions to move the object to just the right spot.

This might be a silly question, but are you using the advanced move tool?
I've been finding close adjustment very easy with it.

Holding F will centre the decoration on the current surface and then advanced move (with snap on or off) means you can line things up to buildings. The copy + advanced move tool repeats a decoration, and lining them all up is preety easy too (I think).

-Unfortunately that's not the request I'm making. If you try to MOVE an object using the arrows, it must be done by dragging the mouse. I know there is snapping but this is for making small adjustments. If you want to move say, that ladder.. by just a few pixels to the right or left, you have to drag it by hand. Many people have said that this makes it difficult because their hand is not steady enough. . The request is for a way to adjust the position using keys when needed.. instead of dragging the mouse alone.
-Same goes for rotating, if you want to snap or use the 90 degree rotate key that is great, but minor adjustments? must slide by hand. It works, but it's not always easy for fine tuning.

-Also when zoomed in too close, the transpose tool is behind you, unable to be seen and you have to zoom out or look up,

-Also, when zoomed in very close trying to adjust small objects, the object can be blocked by one of the arrows making it hard to see - again asking for some sort of transparency on the arrows while using the transpose tool.

-Also when trying to rotate using the transpose tool by HAND... the opposing axes disappear while rotating. This making it difficult to line up with other axes/center/ until after you let go.

+1. There are already a few threads about this from different people so there is obviously a demand for it. And yeah the translate arrows need to be in screen space not world space.
