Keybind not saving - Switch cockpit mode

Hey,

I've tried adding a keybind to switch cockpit mode a few times but it reverts to default, which is blank. I found the following steps on Reddit but they have also not been successful in resolving the issue.

1. Launch the game
2. Edit you key binds as you want. DO NOT SAVE.
3. Alt+Tab to Windows Explorer
4. Go to %localappdata%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Bindings
5. Delete custom3.0.binds (make a back-up)
6. Back to the game, save your binds.
7. Confirm that a new custom3.0.binds was created.
8. Restart the game.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
