Keybindings for "Cold Running"?

As someone who has recently started making silent running PvP loadouts on the FAS (and winning them!), I would be really intrigued if I could somehow keybind a load of modules to a combination of buttons and turn them off at will. I've seen this happen many times on PC, but it could have been from that Voice Attack thing, I'm on PS4, so it isn't a viable option, any help?

Not for PS4 as far as I am aware. I use voice attack to quickly reconfigure multiple modules, it also needs to be done per ship, and tailored to each loadout.
