Keybinds for VKB Gladiator NXT (Right Premium) and TWCS

I have some questions for you guys. I've got a button box I have used with my HOTAS One, I'll probably rework that into something like a Streamdeck or something.

So I've got the right premium Gladiator NXT and the Thrustmaster TWCS thruster. Do you guys have any guides for key bindings, or tips toward that end?

And also...would you recommend getting the left side Gladiator NXT as well? I've thought about HOSAS but I don't know just how cool it would be for ED. I'm happy to get another one, I'm just not sure yet.

I use left side NXT Premium with right side Space Premium GF III, absolutely love this setup and can only recommend it.

Regarding the bindings: it'll be much better if you work your own config out. I've tried several configs shared by other Cmdrs and found all of them totally unintuitive or even illogical to me. I struggled a lot while trying to use them and now I think it was a waste of time. Everyone flies differently and has different experience from ED and/or other games. So I created my own one, which uses some advanced VKB-specific functionalities I haven't seen in any other shared config, and it's great. But most likely illogic and/or unintuitive to other Cmdrs.
