Keybinds to improve immersion and UI navigation with Voice Attack

I love playing this game with voice attack since it really adds to the immersion; however, you need keybinds to use them. I want to create this thread as a catch-all for keybinds, specifically those that would help with programming voice attack.

My suggestions so far:
-Request docking permission. I would much rather say "request permission to dock" rather than go through the menus.
-Station UI options when docked (i.e., "Starport Services", etc.)
-Generic keybinds for lists on UIs similar to the UIs on the X series (like X3 terran conflict), where the Sections (like "Ship analysis" and "News" sections on the Starport Services Panel) are lettered A,B,and C the selections for each panel are lettered. (perhaps the binding scheme can be alt+letter for section 1, crt+letter for section 2, shift+letter for section 3.). For example, on the "Starport Services" UI, If I wanted to read more about the 3rd news article, I would say "3 Charlie" (keybind:shift+C) because "news" is the 3rd section of "Starport Services" UI and the third news article is letter C (NATO phonetic for C used for clarity in voice attack). This way you wont have to make keybinds for every possible option for every UI. and it will help immensely with quick navigation
-Navigation options on UI lists. Used in conjuction with the previous suggestion. Options could be to scroll down/up 5 or so options on any numbered section of the UI. For example, to see more news articles on the "News" section of "Starport Services" UI, the keybind could be shift+arrow down (since by the convention in the previous suggestion, shift is linked with the 3rd section of a UI). **When you scroll up and down a list, it may be advisable to have the list renumbered that the top most option is always option A; this will be useful when there are more than 26 different options on a list.
