Newcomer / Intro Keyboard Map?

I use keyboard exclusively; did you know that you can map or set everything in the 'options/controls' menu, where you pause the game?

That's what I wanted, but it doesn't show the keyboard mapped as it is now. For example, it doesn't show the J key as being used to charge the frame shift drive or the Insert key as being used to lower the landing gear. I know I can map it any way I like, but I've only had the game for a few weeks so I wanted to see the default map as it is currently defined before I start customizing things.
