Keyboard, mouse, joystick ergonomics (Mouse/joystick shoulder/arm)

So I'm getting pain in my right arm, shoulder, (spinal issues)
So I've got a small Keyboard, and normal mouse so I don't need to streeeetch my right arm past my number-keypad for my mouse.

And I don't spend that much time near a desk anymore at home, and I now have a different occupation, buuuuttt
My Thrustmaster hotas IS on the the desk at home and I am stretching my arms to reach.

In the game (and in other cockpits, and long distance lorry drivers), the majority of controls lie close to the legs - a normal resting place for the arms when sat down.

What setups do you guys have for for Shoulder issues?

This happened to me.
You need to sort it sooner rather than later!
The basic problem is your joystick arm floating when it needs supporting straight and level. Either use a commercial product or build something.

Also good to vary the position occasionally.

Haven't yet gone this way myself (yet - but I do have an Ikea swing chair that would be ideal...), but here is one example. Others float around, depending on the balance between your DIY skills and money - and your personal ideas about what is comfortable for you.
