There are VA profiles and commands out on the interwebs that implement that, and VA has some kind of dictation mode, but I never got it to run reliably. The best solution is really to learn to type blindly. It's a handy skill anyway. For me, ergonomics have a huge impact on my ability to do it; I have to make sure my keyboard is practically glued to its position and never moves. If it does just slightly, I am lost. Also (I think I said that before) marking out a few keys really help; I did that with adhesive felt. I marked the WASD, the 5 (arc cutter), the windows key and the enter key for reference. It helps greatly both for keyboard control while on foot and typing, alongside the usual ridges every keyboard has in the f and j keys.
