Kickstarter goodies

Hi, So I stumped my my cash to be part of the DDf and get all the goodies therein. I recently checked my zaonce account page and I can't see any mention of my KS goodies. Now I know most people received theirs a loong time ago, but I live in Canada so am expecting one big package once the game is released.

So where can I view what I'm going to get/confirm it will be sent to the correct address? I logged in to Kickstarter and it says my funds have been collected, but no reward survey has been produced yet.

I pledged to the same level. The kickstarted goodies that you are waiting for won't be shipped until the game launches. Which is soon.

But other than that, I've not seen any mention of estimated shipping time.

Hmm, it still says "DRM-free collector's premium boxed edition of "Elite: Dangerous" there. How will they deliver that?

I've been wondering if anything was posted on deliveries but apparently I wasn't the only one who didn't find anything here, I concluded they'll be sending those goodies before the launch, but I could be wrong, still, would be nice to have it before christmas ;]

So I just checked again - now a week after launch - nothing on Kickstarter. Checked on the store link from the launcher and I see my DDF pledge marked as complete, but have had no email to say item was shipped and customer service contact link is not working :(
