Kickstarter unable to download the game

Hi,

I'm a Kickstarter backer.

I've installed the launcher but still not able to install the game - the launcher says 'purchase'. I'm aware of other kickstarter backers who are able to install the game.

Is there any support for this?

ive been trying all evening, have raised tickets. I get same thing.. I think they've only allowed it for backers over £35
