Newcomer / Intro Kickstarting with 500 credits...NOT

Can someone who kickstarted with the level name + 500 credits advise me, since Support seems overwhelmed-

I downloaded the game from the email I received from them, but while my name is present and correct I only have 100 credits, not what I paid for.

DId I miss out a step in claiming my reward (in my order status in my account it is properly registered as name + 500 credits..

When you start a new game you get to choice what package you wanna use to start.
there you probably made a mistake

Thanks for this. On this basis, I reloaded the game, didnt find any possible place to choose any packages or anything else that would help, but realised you meant an entire new game, so erased the saved game I had, started a new game and voila, there was the packaging you mentioned. Though I seem to have 1000 credits, not 500 ???
