Kill traders mission

I just saw a bulletin board mission to go kill three traders (I declined it). This kind of mission really should not exist in this game.

This is what pirates are for. If Pirates are going to be suffering significant penalties for pirating in civilized space, then there shouldn't be any missions like this.

CMDR traders aren't counted. Only Trader NPC Archetypes are.
