Kill Warrant Scanner improvement: Easy to implement

I think it would be cool if:

After scanning a target with the kill warrant scanner, if they have a bounty in another jurisdiction, they get a purple "WANTED" indicator where the red one normally is.

Would increased the fluidity of using it.

Full support, but I'd rather see blue than purple. Purple might be hard to see. Blue has the association with shields, where the current jurisdiction 'shields' the target from bounty hunting.
