Kill warrant scanner Mugshots and Criminal History

I think it would be cool to be able to browse the criminal history of the npcs you use the kill warrant scanner on. Maybe it could be rng generated? Like "Wanted for murder" or "Wanted for Piracy" or idk, being a deserter, "Known Smuggler", Drug crime, reckless flying even etc maybe with a small mugshot photo w/ Age/Date of Birth. If it was rng i imagine some results would range from neat to hilarious (like some of the horrible names you see pirate lord puffy puffington etc). It might be more trouble than its worth honestly, but it would bring a lot more depth to the thousands of baddies you kill in res sites/etc.

This is a great way of creating immersion. I would give you more reputation if I could as I'm a person that loves the thought of lore to help carry a game further than it currently is.

Unfortunately though, I can't see this happening either in the long-term or the short. We would probably end up with the same tired combination of text as we get from Wedding Barges in some of the systems within the bubble.. or worse... NPC dialog we get when we're hunted for something. You know... All that tasty cargo...

Good luck in getting this incorporated though.
