Kill warrant scanner

I have my kill warrant scanner down to 2.1s with engineering. That scan is very quick but I still have to wait for the normal scanner to tell me if the ship is wanted or not before I start shooting.
If the KWS it finished before the normal scan it should show the status of the target scanned anyway.

Me: "But what about in system?"
Computer: "please wait......."
Me: ".....?"
Computer: "please wait......."
Computer: "please wait......."

Computer: "...scan complete, no bounties in system."
Me: "gah!"

I'd also love it if the bad guys had way more bounties out of system to increase the value of the scanner.

How about adding a 'fast scan' blueprint to the sensors to speed them up too.
