Killed by Thargoid NPC in Phantom Explorer outside Karian Vision, Onoros System, Witch Head?

I flew out hoping to start using one of my two Thargoid hunter ships; a Krait and an Anaconda which I had spent a great deal of money transporting out there over two years ago after engineering them, (I have only just come back to the game last month after two years of being on a break from it) and I was immediately nailed by hostile Thargoid ships outside the station in my defenceless Krait Phantom explorer.

Respawned in the station, but the shipyard is now unavailable, why is that?

3,000,000cr rebuy for the Krait Phantom.
34,000,000cr to recall my two Thargoid hunter ships back to my carrier now that they are completely inaccessable.

How long has the shipyard at Karian Vision in the Onoros system, Witch head been deactivated for?

No, I've already recalled my ships back to base and there's no way I'm going to go back out that far again to shoot at 'goids now that there are plenty of venues in the bubble.

Stations under attack have their services disabled (apart from the basic refuel/repair/rearm). Witch Head was invaded some time ago, either February or March.
