PvP Killing a player repeatedly can be considered "greifing". Getting yourself killed by the same player repeatedly...

Yeah look, nobody is getting banned for greifing as in terms of gameplay they are not breaking any rules (unless they are swearing at you...) I agree it is unpleasant to be a victim. but rather than commit the same actions over and over.... come back with a bigger and meaner ship and blow the suckers into oblivion!!!!

I had some cheeky little sod Try to murder me for no reason Outside Founders world. credit given his ship was pure PvP Outfited (2x APA with target lock breaker) except he forgot the cutter is much faster even if it did have 6A shields... came back in my Corvette and he hit the dirt running. didn't see him again after that

And that's how it should be, not "I saw him in a PvP build so called him a griefer and unplugged the internet" lmao.

I would imagine this could be construed as harrassment and therefore a potentially bannable offense.__I'm not aware of anyone being banned after destroying the sip of someone who came back to the same system and "called them names" so really not sure why you think that's an issue?

...Can be considered stupidity. What can be considered even more stupid is if that player not only died but came back to the system to call their murderer names. Now what can be more stupid than that? Well try this. Now imagine doing all the above. And still actually thinking your murderer will be banned for playing the game as intended.

I hear people say "That's 3 times now you attack me you will be banned for greifing" yada yada. It doesn't work like that. Three encounters inside an hour or so is pretty normal. And is hardly stalking. Odds are better that I genuinely don't remember killing you already. And not a case of a person becoming obsessed with killing you specifically.
