Killing human players

Hi, been brought into the elite game by my best friends, I have been really enjoying the game, it has a bit of something for everyone, so when bored exploring, find some pirates, go mining or do some trading.
I do have some reservations about open play at the moment as there seems to be a number of human players that have decided to "murder" other human players.
If I could make a suggestion to frontier gaming over this?
Could you make the people that "murder" other human players (that is: attack and destroy a human player without a wanted warrant) either pay the victims insurance or/and be unable to clear the wanted/bounty from that attack for 24 hours.
That may lead to less "bullying" that has appeared in the game and allow players that enjoy exploring/trading or mining a bit of peace.

Solo mode is for those who don't fancy PvP encounters where this is always a risk.

Edit: But bullying though? Does that really happen? Hell I can't wait for playing posted bounties! In the meantime let me know what system you operate in and I'll be your wingman!

I was attacked 3 times by the same player (in an imperial clipper) whilst I was in a 7 transport... Obviously he was too poor a pilot to take on targets that could fight back...

Or he was picking on players who are flying cargo ships because they're likely flying lots of cargo or high value cargo. He's not picking on targets in an effort to get into a good fight. He's picking on you because you're a high value target. This is the risk you take. This is the nature of the game. Either fight back or go trade somewhere else or be more cunning about how you move around during your trading sessions.

Insulting the other player just shows that you're upset about being attacked. The insults aren't necessary.

If he finds you and is successful at taking your cargo (or just killing you for fun) and you don't learn from it and keep doing the same thing that keeps getting you caught and he keeps catching you and killing you, why aren't you changing your tactics?

If you don't want to deal with PVP that is inherent in Open Play, then there are two other game modes for you to select when you launch into the game.

Having read this thread, if I knew your CMDR name and I ever found you in a system, I would interdict you and kill you repeatedly even if you're marked clean just because of this thread, lol.

Good luck with trying to kill me now mate, but to answer the question about having cargo.... I had very little- just food for Jameson missions...

There is no such thing as a fair fight, attack from ambush against a weaker foe, has and will be a valid tactic unto the heat death of the universe. This game is no different.

I don't care. If you whine this much, I will kill you just to irritate you.

However, I know that you've simply retreated into Solo mode because you're not ready for PVP. That's fine. Enjoy it.
