Morale and staff

year 5 plus of my Aston team and i always shrug that Enrico Cardile (i think thats it) my Tech Chief has ok morale, this is nearly always the case. so i did a test, he was getting 4m 5 years, i changed it immediately to 5 year 4.25m with a 8.5M signing bonus (none of this comes out of cost cap)...

That's something I've never seen. Do you park it near Thargoid activity?
Or is the Crew Protesting for higher wages? :]

In Odyssey I have had this all the time since the Thargoids burst out of the Maelstroms with all weapons blazing, even out in the Galactic Centre. Though if I am fast enough getting from the main menu to the game I miss most of it.

:unsure:...Could be higher wages.

When I'm using my Carrier I diligently turn off the Refuel Services, Repair crews and Armoury services, I usually keep the Universal Cartographics running though. This is because I like to keep Carrier costs down to a minimum wherever possible.
I've heard my crew muttering about some Commander 'Miserly'...I have a strong feeling they are referring to me. ;)
The Universal Cartographic crew seem happy enough though. :D

Me and the Thargoids get along okay I think, I don't bother them, so they don't bother me....which is nice. :LOL:

Yep! Seen that, a lot! Or should I say "Heard"!
And it's always the same ones in the bar! I initiated a Jump from the bar, & not a single one went to their duty station.
Ready to fire them all... Except the Vista Lady. She's kinda cute!:]
