King Penguin unable to jump?

I assume King Penguins are able to at least jump a few Centimeters but it seems like they are currently completely unable to jump in the Game. I've built such beautiful Rock Formations and they are unable to use them because of this and they need to use them to reach the Water. I hope it will be fixed soon because I've also planned to keep them in another Zoo

Penguins really can't jump. Even if they get a few centimeters off the ground, they can't hang on or whatever if they don't have good footing. Combined with the large uh ... invisible space (forgot the cool geeky term) that many objects take up, it's pretty tough to get them to move on anything but smooth ground.

Do you mean all Penguins? I'm pretty sure I've already seen some small Penguins jump (I think they where Adelie Penguins)

Edit: just searched Penguin Jump on YouTube. Penguins can jump. I've even seen King Penguins or Emperor Penguins (I assume Emperor Penguins because there was so much Ice) jump, even though they did only jump out of the Water

They can jump down, off things and they 'jump' pretty high out of the water - but that's them essentially swimming so hard they get altitude when they exit the surface. I don't think even Adelie penguins can jump upwards much - though I could be wrong, they're pretty dexterous for penguins.

Evidently, I was wrong on the internet - talked to my biologist partner and he said penguins can't jump, but they can hop. They can't move their legs apart/separately but they are hella strong and if they can hop onto a rock they can often get their claws in and just keep hopping along - they're able to climb cliffs that way. So, it's only a few inches but they can climb that way.

King Penguins porpoise in the water to accelerate them when escaping predators such as Leopard Seals and Killer Whales, if you want Penguins that jump often, you might want to look at the Southern or Northern Rockhopper Penguins, or for faster swimming and interspecies bonus, Gentoo Penguins are a good bet

Penguins only jump/hop when they really need to.
Not sure if making an rock obstacle course for them is good zoo practice.

The Problem was not a Area where they need to jump all the Time but they would've needed to jump only once to reach a Area in their Enclosure but I've changed their Way to the Water Tank now and it does even look way better than before (I think for my next Penguin Enclosure I'll try to first design the Enclosure and then build the Building around it)
