Just got the rank for a Clipper. I know a lot of stations to get it but would like a place that has all the goodies to outfit it too. Any advice for locations?

I don't have an all-in-one spot, but I'd otherwise find a Patreus system (10% discount Imperial ships) with a nearby High Tech Li Yong-Rui system.
Just an example:
Picaurukan to BD-15 447. 40-50ly in between. I'm sure there are better options, but those are systems that I frequent and stock everything you are looking for.

Li-yong's systems are definitely best-to-go for shopping. Diguandri, Ixkabald, etc. Arjung per chance. Hard to say what's best - not knowing where you're at.

Diguandri plus there are plenty of systems that are close to it if it is missing a module or two.

I used to have my old T-6 stripped on blocks up the back of the lot, but no one bought her so I retrieved her after a month. Now she's A rated again, but not much used.
The Clipper sees a lot of work.
That's my mining truck.
That one is not A rated. Soaks up a lot of cash to get the Clipper sorted.
