Why is it not available in the store?
I know it was a giveaway in the stream as something special for the people watching it, but since I'm from germany and co-running a company, I can rarely watch streams targeted to EST hours.
So for me there was no chance to watch that stream or take part in its giveaways.

Does this mean that due to living in another country and simply having to work at that time I will never be able to get the to me most appealing paint job for my new favorite ship, even thou I'm a paying customer who doesn't shy away from buying extras in your store?
If yes, it feels rather inconsiderate towards a large part or your customers, and quiet frankly a disappointing as i would not have expected that, I would have expected it to be available in the store too. :|

I would be very glad if you would offer this paint job at the store, event at a high price due to it being a unique skin.
By doing so those who were able to take part in the streams giveaways can still be happy that they got something awesome/expensive for free, but those of us who didn't win, or simply didn't even have a chance to win due to real life, could buy it and be happy about it too. Not to mention the income it might generate, so in my view a win/win for everybody.

I have that very paint job. Got it during a Yamick's live stream by accident. To be honest I'd prefer one of the brighter paint jobs but at least it's not common.

Keep it special I say (although, as someone who owns it I suppose I would say that). But seriously, I'm OK with some special paintjobs which are only available through livestreams, special giveways, competitions, etc (I won mine in the Lavecon raffle). Otherwise thousands of players will buy them and they're not so special anymore. You do make a good point about livestreams being UK timezone focused and therefore giving an unfair advantage to UK players when it comes to winning special paintjobs. Perhaps Frontier should give codes for a pile of these to popular US (and other timezone) streamers like Bognogus to hand out via competitions on their own streams?

To confirm, these Paint Jobs are designed to be unique and are only available from contests, giveaways, or sometimes by attending Frontier-related events. If you were able to purchase them, it would negate the exclusivity of them, so we do not plan to make them available in the store at this time.

If you're not able to attend our livestreams, where these are sometimes given away, rest assured that the Paint Jobs can be acquired by taking part in giveaways and competitions here on the forums and on our social channels.

While I understand the desire to have special / exclusive paint jobs and other items, I do feel like those of us in time zones that aren't well suited to attending streams and other live events are at a distinct disadvantage in acquiring them.

I really don't agree with pressure selling.

I don't watch twitch or streams whatever. So I'm automatically excluded from something in Elite: dangerous game before I've even played it. Not fair, stinks of shady business practice, very poor conduct, David, very poor.

Just found out about this. Hey, where does this end? paint job, space ship model, whatever, making things exclusive in order to net EXCLUSIVE customers' cash is not a fair way of treating customers. Especially ones who shelled out hard cash OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF THEIR HEARTS to get your ***ing game started in the first place! Yeah, I'm peeved about being excluded from owning the Cobra MK4. You're peeved about being excluded from owning a nice looking paint job.

Whether they are different in quantity/quality/size or value does not matter, what matters is that rewards for doing silly things like joining social media isn't a good idea. Rewards for buying stuff at a certain time is not a good idea. Why? Because people miss out who are ACTUALLY valued customers. You're p***ing off your VALUED BACKERS, VALUED CUSTOMERS... David.

Please, think about it...

Exclusive Add on game DLC expansion bundle frontier members only packs for exclusive members of some exclusive bull ***t.

I want my backing money back please. Because what did I get for actually doing something worthwhile? Whereas all I needed to do is watch a silly stream AT A CERTAIN TIME (how is that fair?) or buy something at a certain time (again, how is that even fair???) to get better things!
