Powerplay Faction: Aisling Duval Kumo Crew

Morning all,

Just thought I would mention that I have been regularly engaged by ships labelled as 'Kumo Crew Watch' in Cubeo.
Are they trying to expand into our Headquarters? or do the NPC's just want to cause issues in our space?

All the "warrior" powerplay NPCs are more than capable of spawning in each others' territory. You may also see Sirius Security, Federal Agents, Alliance Enforcers etcetera.

Sadly you will get no merits or reward for killing them in our territory, although some spawn with bounties on them if you have a KWS.
