KWS Ratings need weight variance

Currently, KWS Ratings A-E all weigh 1.3 tons. This is a shame considering that the B has more integrity and the A is the best performing. D really ought to weight less at a minimum, though I'd like to see full variance. If the same variance was applied to the KWS as Class 2 PPs (A weighs 1.3 tons) to stay with current EDH convertions, we'd get;

E - 2.5 tons
D - 1.0 tons
C - 1.3 tons
B - 2.0 tons
A - 1.3 tons

I'd rather see something like this;

E - 2.5 tons
D - 0.7 tons
C - 1.0 tons
B - 3 tons
A - 1.3 tons

Weight, meh. Most utility mount components weight the 1.3 tons. The scanners simply follow a different progression scheme than internal components. I guess I wouldn't really be against changing that, but while we are changing things something should be done with doubling at every grade power consumption progression that made the A-grades use whopping 3.2 MW of power. Engineer for long range and you got 4.8 MW. That's more than triple the consumption of the most power hungry shield booster.
