As a new ED (PS4) player I realize that these suggestions may have been made before. However, in reading some of the "gripes", if you will, about the exploration system I'd like to suggest some incentives that would encourage players to not simply honk and move on.
When a player honks a never before encountered systems and then moves on they are still are tagged as having discovered those stars, planets, etc. However, if another explorer comes along and puts in the work to do an L3 planetary scan then they are reward with an extra bonus for having been the first to do that level of scan as well as their tag be the one that is shown as being the discoverer.
