Lack of information about ships

How come this site is so poorly maintained?
There is nothing about anything, no pictures, videos, basic stats, nothing.
Is it defunct or something, is there another site?

I've seen games which haven't even been released with more info about everything on specialized sites.

Ship stats from FD aren't available as yet as things are still being tweaked. If you search for threads with Ship Stats you'll find a couple out there with the current stats collated by some of the comunity

We're in first half of the Beta test phase now, a lot is bound to change before release.

If you're looking for max speeds, hull size, hard points, w/e, a quick search around here will reveal the current specs pretty quick.

FD have this unorthodox method of game development where they actually make a game first, then put in the details. When the game is working satisfactorily and ready for release they'll start gussying up the pointless marketing aspects like ship details. To do otherwise would be stupid, possibly fiscally negligent.
