General / Off-Topic Lake Vyrnwy tour of the solar system

I went up to Lake Vyrnwy on the weekend for my birthday to do some walking. I walked up to Rhiwargor Falls and along the route the RSPB have created scale model of the solar system. So you'll find the Sun, about half way, roughly the size of a grape fruit. Then Mercury mounted on a pin followed by all the other planets. Each one has a few paragraphs describing the body. It was really interesting and helped visualise how big the solar system is. The walk is the green one at the top of this map:

There's one of these at the Gravity Discovery Centre, just out of Perth, WA (my home city). Their "Solar System Walk" still features Pluto, despite its "demotion". :)
