So I made the decision a while ago to back SC over ED (I dont have time/money for both at the moment) but with ED release date looking to be a lot nearer...... Ill probably be getting it as well shortly.
Anyway as I understand it (please correct me if Im wrong) there is the option with ED to play offline single player. My question is will there be the ability to host private servers or have a 'LAN party' scenario?
I host a LAN party for a group of guys quite regularly, and with the system requirements looking to be a lot more reasonable than SC it would probably be a better choice......
