I am loving Horizons 
(just thought I would get that out of the way first).
Don't know if it has been suggested before, but I thought land mines would be a good idea in Horizons. Mine fields around some POI's and maybe the ability to drop mines from your SRV. They don't need to be very powerful, but as the buggy takes hull damage when colliding with the ground even if it has shields, maybe the mines could do the same. They would after all be in contact with the wheels when they went off.
Any one else like the idea?
