Landable High Metal Content world which is also CFT

Good morning my fellow CMDR's :)
After returning from my Sag A* run, I came across this little beauty, right in the habitable zone of the Neutron star, next to a Water World..
It's actually the first landable TFC I came across during my whole trip, so I wanted to share its location.
I didn't land on it though as I had to go to work, so I might check this beauty out from close-by later!

As promised, here are some screenshots after landing and exploring the planet mentioned above.

I have come across 2 of these now. Which makes me wonder how the terraforming actually works. I thought they needed some atmosphere to be able to make a start. I have also come across a few water worlds which didn't seem to have any land masses that were also candidates. Perhaps the candidate is the clue and doesn't really mean that they could be terraformed.

Any planet can lose atmosphere over time as it slowly dissipates into space if it's not being renewed in some fashion - on earth the outgassing from volcanism keeps ours topped up, a world with no active volcanism will likely bleed away its atmosphere over geological timescales. You could still add atmosphere by some industrial or biological process that caused the release of suitable gasses trapped within the planet itself. So long as it's in the goldilocks zone then you can find a way to add an atmosphere.

Similarly a water world doesn't need land to be terraformable, make the atmosphere breathable by introducing an industrial or biological process and construct artificial islands to live on - that could make a pretty cool place to live.

UNIVERSAL CARTOGRAPHICS: "Sorry, you came this >"< close, but we were really looking for one of these orbiting a Black Hole, better luck next time."

Nice find, I like these little oddball things that the Stellar Forge chucks out every once in a while, it makes us sit back in our chairs and go..."hmmmm". :)
