Horizons Landfall Moons and Planets

I'm having a bit of the confused head dumbsyndrome moment.

OK so you can land on planets.

In the left hand panel you can set a filter to show Landfall Moons and Planets. Can you dock at these if they have a little structure symbol. I'm dont mean settlements (they have a different filter and icon). I mean Landfall moons and planets without a settlement icon but with a structure icon). I have the dumb... achooo! :S

I think there are three symbols:

The one that looks like a space ship on the ground means the planet is landable but there are no settlements at all.
The one with a low building picture means a settlement which has no landing pads. You can go there, land outside and drive round for some missions.
The one with a tower is a base with landing pads where you can set down, refuel, get missions etc.
