Newcomer / Intro Landing Pad size

It only happens in Open at very busy stations or in any mode at outposts, basically all "your size" pads must be occupied in order for the STC to assign you a larger pad.
It's fun though. Can't find it now, but I had a screenshot of my Eagle parked on a large landing pad and it looks hilarious. Gives you a good ship scale idea, too.
