Landing Point Radar

While having landing gear down the radar should highlight positions where you can actually land the ship. By this I mean these points should appear as blue points on radar before the ship is totally above them.

If there are zones to land then highlight them on radar.


While flying huge ships it is really difficult to find a good spot to land on. Therefore this radar does help a lot.

Nothing like trying to land a T10 on a rocky planet...there it is, nope....now I got it....nope....#*&^^%....nope!

not a bad idea
maybe not a dot, but colorizing the terrain radar where it is suitable to land the ship could be good.

often i really wonder how they determine landing spots anyway,
give that in most cases my landed ship still floats due to the lack of adaptive kinematics for the landing gear.
