I have the same problem as you, please use this as workaround:

1. Open steam on your PC (not geforce).
2. Enable Family Mode (do not include JWE2 as Family Game)
3. Opne JWE2 from Nvidia Geforce Now.
4. You will see an error message explaining that the game is not available on Family Mode. Click on the link to steam support (not on Ok button).
5. Now Steam will open on Geforce Now.
6. Go to the library, right click on JWE2 and properties.
7. On the general tab, go the last option -> Launch options.
8. Add this command: language -french
9. Start the game and now should be in french. Probably you have to perform this workaround every time you want to play the game, but this is the only solution that "worked" for me.

I said worked becuse I'm from Spain and I was able to run the game with language -spanish in Spanish, but from Latam Spanish and not the version from Spain. I am still searching the correct value...
