Hi, i'm not sure of the exact specs of your laptop, but if it's the same as this http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-HP-EliteBook-8470w-Notebook.84120.0.html
then my thoughts are:
Your CPU should be fine (the specs for the game say you need a quad core - yours is dual core but with hyper threading, so runs 4 threads instead of 2)
You have sufficient RAM
Your graphics card is a funny one though - you have a 'professional' card which is optimised for quality over speed (and you need speed for gaming) so it may not run well at all. I have read around that it may be possible to install the drivers for the mainstream cards and 'convert' your card into a gaming(ish) card (after all the actual chips on the cards are the same) - but unless you know what you are doing I would advise against this as you could screw your system up.
I guess your laptop could run the game, but am unsure as to whether the experience would be a good one!
