Hello I got the Large Bear habitat from the blueprints, put it down and then purchases two Black Bears and tried to place them in the habitat but they wont go in.. They just sitting in the trading centre.. What am i doing wrong?

The habitat says it is ready also. There is a complete loop, one keeper gate. im so lost
Update again: just used another blueprint from the herbivore enclosure and i cant put animals in that either... So does none of the blueprint enclosures work then?
Update again: now all my animals which have been purchased are stuck and cant be moved to an enclosure... what am i doing wrong?
I built two enclosures and then with habitat research I got the bear and herbivores enclosure so I put them down. I purchased animals and I can’t even put animals back in my first enclosure that was working smoothly. All enclosures say they are ready for use with paths and gates. The mechanics can get inside enclosure easier but the animals can’t.
After purchasing the animals it just says location “zoo name”. Like can’t move them to quarantine or anything.

I worked it out.. So i zoned all my caretakers to just the habitat and not any staff building.. But with adding the staff building to the work zone they took them out
