Large mine launcher?

We have class three missile launchers, class three torpedo tubes, but where are class three mine launchers?

Class 3 would be nice. Especially for larger and more cumbersome ships that need to get away like the T-10 and just for fun? They should make a Class 4 Thermonuclear Mine Launcher.

• Enormous blast range
• High Damage to Shields and Hulls
• Extremely limited ammo capacity
