Larger Text in Game?

First of all, I'm really loving this game and appreciate all of the hard work that has gone into making it.
If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to increase the size of the text in all in-game boxes (help, building, ride adjustments etc.), and also the pictures of building components and scenery. I am visually impaired and have a very difficult time reading the tiny text and clearly seeing abjects in the building and scenery menus - even on a large screen.
They wouldn't have to be huge, just a bit larger and clearer.

Have you tried altering the UI interface size under Settings (you will need to untick the auto sizing option first though)? This will help with the text size.
