is it just me , or should the Hudons' not've been able to manage 2 , let alone 8 ... that's eight ... valuable expansions , last turn , when they were in DEFICIT AND TURMOIL ...

and if ... only if ... one turmoil-cost-given-back , might've been enough for say, 1 ... expansion attempt were they then in the black ...


Then they sure as *** shouldn't been able to attempt 8 ?


EXPLAIN please.

nevermind , cancel that ... thought prep, AND the attempt the turn after , had to both be paid for , so logically running out of cc when attempting , would've failed.

got it ... just the prep. nevermind
