Late Jurassic Pack

Personally I'd love Tuojiangosaurus... it's basically the Stegosaurus of China and one of the most important stegosaurs in general, making its absence a bit weird... I fear however the similarities to Chungkingosaurus and the abundance of Asian stegosaurs in the game however might hold it back.

Apologies if it sounds like a dumb question, other than the thagomizers, do Chungkingosaurus and Tuojiangosaurus look and behave the same?

I thoroughly and explicitly agree!

When the Prehistoric Marine Species Pack introduced Dunkleosteus, there is one type of non-sea reptilian species that got me interested as a lagoon species suggestion for a hypothetical "Late Jurassic Pack". Large Ammonites.

The ammonite species that came to my mind was Titanites. This genus has several described species and came in different sizes. Though not the largest of known ammonites, some grew pretty large like this one in Canada, for example.

Not that it isn't cool looking, but if they're really going to add an ammonite, they'd likely be better off going with the actual largest... not the largest one that can fit into a Late Jurassic pack... especially when there are plenty of other options for Late Jurassic lagoon animal.

For an ( Late) Jurassic Pack I would choose :
1. Ramphorhynchus (1,8m Wingspan) ( Simple because is was the most common longtailed Pterosaur of the Jurassic ! It was part of the very first JP PC -Game of 1993 ;) and is in JW Toyline .
2. Yangchuanosaurus ( 10 - 11 m ) Biggest carnivor Dinosaur of Asia in the late Jurassic with a interesting unike shape of its skull .
3. Pliosaurus ( Funkei ) ( 13- 15m) Biggest known Pliosaurs of the Jurassic,....could for shure use the sharkfeeder too ;) !
4. Dakosaurus

1. Yangchuanosaurus or Torvosaurus - The two most notable large theropods missing from the roster. I'd personally go with Yangchuanosaurus to boost Asia some more.
2. Camptosaurus - Game has added literally zero new ornithopods. Campto may be basic, but I think we need a herbivore of it's size in the roster.
3. Rhamphorhynchus or Pterodactylus - Whatever one gets added here, the other should get in through an aviary pack or something.
4. Dakosaurus - Repping a new marine reptile category through the metriorhynchids, a group of marine crocodylomorphs. Adds more diversity to the smaller lagoon options.

I prefer Rhamphorhynchus due to it being a classic. Anyone can say a 3-star attraction is preferred over a 2-star attraction.

With Camptosaurus, the Morrison Formation exhibit can be completed.

Honestly, I find stegosaurs liking ornithomimids, hadrosaurs, and sauropods is good enough. Frontier has done the "when drawing a serpent, legs are added to the serpent" to stegosaurs. Making the stegosaurs liking pachycephalosaurs only worsen the cohabitation element.

Another dinosaur I just found, and this didn't make it into the mobile game "Jurassic World: Primal Ops", is an ankylosaur called "Tianchisaurus".

The actual model made for the game on ArtStation
If I want to suggest a more obscure species for a hypothetical pack of this kind, this would be my best choice of "most obscure" for this thread for good reason. It's a dinosaur with an informal naming history influenced by Jurassic Park and the surnames of the movie's actors. Since both JWE games have dinos with names influenced by both the first film and novel, and the people involved on both products, I thought "why not?" for here.

Well, for one, that restoration is likely quite dubious; it likely didn't have a club or such large spikes. For another, if they're going to add a primitive ankylosaur/nodosaur, I for one would prefer something a little less obscure and a little more useful, like Mymoorapelta of the Morrison formation.
